- After agreeing upon a start date and price, iNTS identifies interviews, tests, and screens candidates.
- iNTS carefully selects a qualified consultant and they report to you for work.
- You evaluate the consultant during the first 40 hours of work.
If after the first 40 hours, you are not completely satisfied with the iNTS consultant, you are not billed for the consultant's hours, and iNTS will replace the consultant. If you approve of the consultant's work, he or she remains on contract.
